  • How do I reserve a trip?
    Complete our online request form by clicking here. Be sure to include your name, number, and the date/dates that you would like to reserve.
  • What is needed to book a cruise date?
    All bookings require a deposit to hold your cruise. (All credit cards accepted through PayPal). - Sunset & Half Day Cruises require a $50 deposit. - Full Day Cruises require a $100 deposit. Your dates will be blocked on our booking calendar after your deposit is received. Your cruise tour balance can be paid any time before departure. Cash, credit cards, and checks are accepted. * Checks must clear the bank two weeks before departure.
  • What if we need to cancel a cruise?
    If the captain has canceled your cruise due to weather, all money will be refunded. We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate your every need including rescheduling and cancellations. Please contact us soon as you have a change of plans by email. - If canceled with 2 weeks notice, we will offer you a refund of your deposit. - If canceled less than 2 weeks of your scheduled cruise date, we hold and apply your deposit to a future cruise of your choosing. (Any retained deposit may be used as a non-refundable deposit on a future cruise within 60 days. After 60 days, it will be forfeited.) We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. * Cancellation within 48 hours of a charter or not showing up for your charter will result in being charged with no refunds.
  • How many people are allowed on the cruise?
    We currently offer up to six people. Our guests should have a nice day and also enough space to rest and relax on our ship.. Be sure to let us know how many children may be boarding and their ages. Coast Guard regulations require age appropriate and properly sized life vest.
  • Where's the departure?
    Arrange with our captain a pick-up place in Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel. Alternatively we offer a pick-up service in Cape Coral, which will bring you back after the tour.
  • When do we need to arrive?
    Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled departure. We are required by law to provide a short boat tour and safety briefing before we can leave the dock.
  • What times do your trips leave?
    Since our trips are all custom the schedule is different everyday. We begin at 8:30 am everyday. Please call us between the hours of 8:30am and 8:30pm and we can let you know what times and days are available.
  • What happens if the forecast has predicted stormy weather?
    Southwest Florida is known for its passing showers that don’t stay for long. If the captain deems the storms to not be safe enough for travel, he will cancel the charter. If there is inclement weather such as severe wind, rain, thunder, dangerous sea swells, fog or any dangerous conditions that hinder the safety and experience of the tour and it’s customers, the Captain has the right to postpone, cancel or reschedule the tour within 24 hrs or the day of. The Captain also reserves the right to postpone, cancel or reschedule a tour if the NOAA issues a “Small Craft Advisory” due to dangerous conditions on the sea. If you paid in advance by purchasing a Groupon Deal, you will need to contact Groupon’s Customer Support to receive a refund/credit.
  • What happens if we hit stormy weather while on the cruise?
    While on board the aptain monitors all local weather patterns and weather broadcast channels. Usually, passing showers do not last for long. At the Captain’s discretion, if deemed safe, he will continue to cruise. If he deems the weather not to be safe, he will find safe harbor until the threat passes.
  • Is food allowed on the charter?
    Yes, you may bring food and drinks aboard. We also offer customized concierge services. The crew provide drinks to meet your needs and any special event or occasion. Be sure to discuss your needs with us by request (email) We also recommend our Lunch Destination Cruises or a combination Beach Excursions and Lunch Destination Cruise. It’s your private charter and we can customize every cruise to your liking.
  • Are we allowed to bring a pet?
    Pets are not allowed on our cruise. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Are we allowed to smoke?
    While on board our cruises are a “No Smoking Zone” for the safety and comfort of others. However, it’s your private charter and we can accommodate most any needs including “smoke breaks”.
  • What should we wear and bring with us?
    Comfortable clothes for the predicted weather and a change of clothes if needed like a bathing suit. Supplies such as beach towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, and sandals are highly recommended. Don’t forget your camera! Other supplies we suggest are a good book, snacks, Bluetooth device, and any other things you may need. We do not recommend wearing dark or long sleeve clothing or shoes with dark soles as the Florida sun will heat them up.
  • Is it common to get seasick?
    While motion sickness can happen to anyone, it is not very likely that it will be a problem. If you are susceptible to it and think it may be a problem, there are over the counter medications that you can take an hour before departure. Speak to your local pharmacist to find one that may help you.
  • Will we have cell phone and internet service?
    Yes, you will be in full range of cell phone and Board- WLan service always during your cruise.
  • Are we allowed to bring and drink alcoholic beverages on the charter?
    Alcoholic beverages are permitted on board. Drinking is allowed if a passenger is 21 and over. Cups and glasses with lids are recommended. Ice will be provided by the captain.
  • Do I have to make reservations or can I just be a walk-up?
    Simply give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Depending on the days bookings, we just may be able to get you out there at the last minute but you do need to call in order to reserve. We only accept reservations over the phone.
  • Will we get wet?
    There is always a chance of being splashed on the boat depending on the wind and the waves that day.
  • What is the tipping/gratuity policy on the tours?
    Tips are accepted and appreciated. At the end of every charter, at your discretion, is is customary to tip the Captain.
  • Should we bring sunscreen?
    It is a good idea to apply your sunscreen before you come so it has a chance to soak in. You might consider a REEF SAFE sunscreen as the this type of sunscreen will help do your part to keep our reefs alive. You can also bring it and apply it as you are waiting to get signed up. We just don’t allow “spray” sunscreen on the boat as it makes everything very slippery.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    Kindly let us know at least 48 hours in advance of your charter if you have to cancel or make changes. We will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule changes. Of course, if the weather is bad, we will let you know and cancel the trip based solely upon the safety of our passengers with no penalty to you. You will be charged the full rate if we are not notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. In keeping with treating people the way we like to be treated on vacation, we will make our best effort to sell your seats and give you a full refund; however, this is not always possible at the last minute. If you are booking two boats for the same trip we require 7 days notice to cancel your trip without being charged the full rate.
